Day To Day

Day 1

Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, guests are met by a professional representative and transferred to their hotel in Nairobi City, approximately 15 to 20 kilometers from the airport with a driving time of about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Nairobi is Kenya’s dynamic capital and the main gateway for safari adventures across the country.

After check in, guests have time to relax and recover from their international flight. Depending on arrival time, a short orientation briefing is provided to outline the safari journey ahead. Dinner and overnight are spent at the hotel, offering comfort and rest before the safari begins.

Day 2

Journey to the Masai Mara & Walking Safari

After an early breakfast, guests depart Nairobi for the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve, traveling approximately 270 kilometers with a journey time of about 5 to 6 hours. The drive passes through the scenic Great Rift Valley, offering breathtaking viewpoints, rolling hills, and rural landscapes that reflect Kenya’s diverse geography.

Upon arrival in the Masai Mara, guests enjoy lunch at the lodge or camp before embarking on a guided walking safari in a designated conservancy area accompanied by an experienced armed ranger and professional guide.
